Creekstone Apartments, a 284-unit class-A apartment community located in Austin, within the Walnut Creek Business Park. Creekstone was an attractive acquisition opportunity due to its relatively underperforming fundamentals (higher concessions, lower vacancy) with comparable asset quality to a neighboring Tradewind asset. A rehabilitation program was completed which included common area improvement, extensive landscape and amenities improvement, and unit interior upgrades. This asset was acquired in March 2017.
