Reserve at Walnut Creek, a 284-unit class-A apartment community located within the Walnut Creek Business Park in northeast Austin. Tradewind completed extensive foundation repairs installing piers in 10 of 11 buildings and cured the root cause erosion issues with landscaping and enhanced drainage. Furthermore, Tradewind added revenue enhancing improvements including upgraded units, renovated amenities and implemented professional property management. Our repairs have resulted in significantly improved rental rates and NOI. The asset was sold in January 2017.
